The first time I made it it separated nicely, but the last three timed it's separated into gold oil and curdled white, but the white doesn't sink but remains distributed throughout. I tried straining it through kitchen paper, but this didn't really work.Does anyone have any tips, please?Thanks,Margaret Hi Margaret, Tesco do a lovely ghee with absolutely nothing in it except ghee.
