Guest guest
I was reading somewhere that it said Zinc should be given on its own (think I got it Mr McCandles book). Yet else where I've read to give zince with selenium, or zinc with Molybdenum. So I am confused now. How do you all give zinc to your child, also what time of day do you give the zinc. TIA xx

Guest guest
Above all, as I have always read, you don't want to give it with calcium because they compete with each other. Empty stomach can be ideal to maximize absorption but also causes nausea in many, so many can't do that. HTH! Abbie
