Kathy,

You might try to find something to mix the shake with that you do like. I

add cinnamon (or apple pie spice) to my vanilla shake to make it different.

They are mainly for convenience and offer a quick easy way to get something

fast without a lot of " bulk " . I find that I can just chew so much.

There are lots of recipes to make these really taste like a treat! I'm sure

folks can share their favorites here.

If you really feel you won't develop a taste for them, ditch 'em and do a

protein/carb combo meal instead.

Best!

I do NOT like the shake and can't drink a whole one so I'm doing 1/2 a shake

twice a day.

Thanks!

Kathy

Yeah, I was going to say the same thing. If you don't like the shakes,

definitely don't drink them twice a day. You're better off having whole food

whenever possible anyway. I do have some Myoplex Tips if you want to use up

what you have:

Or here are some more creative shake recipes:

Hello everyone,I just joined up today (with great excitement!) and am eager

to read the files and learn! I'm a day-trader, bird rehabilitator, and pole

dance instructor in Virginia Beach, VA. I have a long-suffering husband who

has to smell all the perfume oils I play with. I have spent countless

dollars trying to find that ONE fragrance (without success), and I have

reached the point in my fragrance journey where I want to understand the

notes and accords and hopefully create it myself! I am even less than a

newbie, as I have never tried to create a perfume and I don't know anything

about doing it. I definitely want to go the natural route and use only

cruelty-free products.

Can't wait to dive in!

Thanks,

Ratcliffe

A warm welcome from another newbie to this group, ! :)

Did you try any natural perfume? How about your supplies? What kind of

naturals and botanical have you got at your disposal?

Maybe then we can help?

Enjoy the reading and discovering :)

Hello everyone, a friend of mine recommended this group so I joined last week

and forgot to write an intro, have been so busy trying to get our website up and

running, sorry for the delay.

anyways am a natural perfumer and hopefully we will be offering

natural perfuming materials and classic tinctures, natural isolates when and if

we ever get the website finished, as well as our line of

natural perfumes.... have been struggling with health issues for sometime so

things don't progress as they use too.

looking forward to review the posts here.

The Toilstries Library is still there. It hasn't been updated in a long time but

there is so much there I really don't know what else to add.

http://thetoiletrieslibrary.info

It could use a new face:)

soap makers again. What a wonderful group.

in particular, I remember a recipe for flubber --- can anyone help me out with

this?
