I was at the store tonight and noticed the Eating for Life book by Bill

was on sale - 25% off. I nearly bought it but noticed a lot of the

recipes / snack ideas include cheese dairy. I'm allergic to dairy so I

decided to pass it up. I really wish I could eat cottage cheese! So

frustrating. The book looked like it had some other really great recipes

though so I may still buy it.

Are the recipes more for maintenance or can you use them when starting Body

for Life as well?

Right now my big struggle is meals due to my dairy allergy.
