I nearly bought it but noticed a lot of the recipes / snack ideas include cheese dairy. I'm allergic to dairy so I decided to pass it up. I really wish I could eat cottage cheese! So frustrating. The book looked like it had some other really great recipes though so I may still buy it. Are the recipes more for maintenance or can you use them when starting Body for Life as well?
