This will be my return to weight training after 3 years of being

lazy. I'm going to post here for accountability and welcome your

feedback. I'm not doing BFL weight training by the book - but my

meals will be BFL.

Got up and was at the gym at 5 am...miracle! lol

I did chest, shoulders & triceps (heavy emphasis on shoulders &

triceps! I'm glad I washed & dried my hair last night or I would

have been in trouble - can we say noodle arms?? lol

Today's meals will be:

1 - 1/2 cup diced red potatoes w/bell pepper & onion, scrambled with

1 egg and 3 egg whites

2 - 1/2 cup cottage cheese & 1/4 cup pineapple

3 - turkey on whole grain double fiber bread w/mustard, 1 stalk of

celery w/1 tbsp ranch

4 - protein bar

5 - grilled chicken w/veggies & 1/2 cup fruit

Lots and lots of water and early to bed - tomorrow at 5 will be

cardio!
