Guest guest
The boyfriend song is the Killers. They're great for HIIT too. Best Regards, beth Re: Favorite workout tunes? here's my favorite workout mix. GREAT for hard cardio!! I also have to warn anyone who gets on the recumbent bikes in front of my treadmill as I have been known to sputter and spit projectiley. TMI, I'm sure. Guest guest
Don't feel bad Sher - you are not the only one looked upon that way, and yes Melinda, I too feel that I " m about to burst into song any minute. I do the same thing Sher does, mouth the words so I remember to breath LOL It also keeps me focused and working out to the beat of the music. I cannot watch tv and try to keep a good pace going, just does not work! I can do it at home, probably because I'm not worrying about what anyone else is thinking about me, but not at the gym!!
