Guest guest
Hi Sandy, I would direct you to the Lectins group that Rene owns. She has put together the most amazing files section. But even if you don't want to join right away to access the files, you can do some good reading at the links you'll find on the home page (near the bottom) http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/lectins_in_autism/ Rene really knows much, much more than I do. She's on this list, but likely will be too polite to jump in on a question addressed to me, but maybe she will now :-) I do know that not all essential sugar products are equal. We've been having success with the LL, but by adding Larch AG and then an aloe vera product (with the sugars) I seem to have turned my son's bm's into a complete disaster again (that removing the two products hasn't resolved). So, as you noted from Eddie's bad resopnse to ambrotose, these things can be tricky. I don't know enough about the sugars to even comment on which ones might work with, for example, the lettuce thta you think may be a problem. Again, Rene would likely be far better informed. People seem to have success using just NAG, which is fairly easy to get on its own, but then it would depend on Eddie's diet if it might to do the trick for him lectin wise. I definitely think this is worth pursuing though. My son, in spite of the disaster poops, is doing well. He actually used two signs in a row today, something we've been working on for ages and ages :-) Sorry I can't be of more help. Anita > > Hi Anita, > > Can I ask you about Lectin Lock please.
