We are also on GF (tolerates Casein after a year of being CF) - seems to have behaviour issues with Gluten. Mainly for this reason i.e. cope better with intolerances to various foods and substances. A Dan GP we have consulted with in South Africa mentioned getting him onto enzymes with dpp(s?).
