Started my 1st day today!!!

Well, I did it! I got all my ducks in a row, started my workouts today and had

my first

meal! I'm feeling pretty good -- like I finally and getting back to myself.

I've pretty much taken a year off to try and get pregnant (due to an

acupuncturists and a

naturapath's advice) and everything pretty much slipped on the downward slide.

Now I

feel like I'm pretty much starting over again. I even have the first time

jitters that I did

before my first challenge (the " can I do it?, what if I fail?, all that noise).

I know (from the last 3(?) challenges that I've done that I just need to take it

day by day

and plan appropriately.

I don't think I'm going to do the free day - because I really feel like I was

hitting a plateau

last year (I went crazy on those free days). But I am going to do the two free

meals a week

(a la Tom Venuto) - and I'm going to plan them. My first free meal will be Wed

night and

my second will be Sunday morning brunch.

At any rate, I wanted to just share with you all because I've been reinspired by

coming

back and lurking around on this board. So, in my great appreciation for all of

you who are

on here, working hard on BFL/life and sharing your wisdom, experience,

challenges with

the rest of us, I thank you!!!
