Guest guest
If you're carb-sensitive, post-workout is the one time when you'll definitely use carbs for workout recovery instead of storing them. In other words, it's the very best time to eat them. Will it kill you if you don't eat them there? Probably not. Just make sure you're still getting enough carbs throughout the day. BFL isn't a low-carb diet. You can tilt a little more toward protein and vegetables, but you still need to feel good, recover from your workouts, and have energy. Don't bonk. :-) > > Hello all, > > I've been lurking for awhile and i'd like to say how much i've enjoyed > all of your posts, they've really given me a great deal of support and > confidence. > > I have a question about the protein drinks after workouts.
