Just checking in ...

Today is day 4 and so far I haven't missed a work out. My eating hasn't

been 100% - in fact I ate too much yesterday, but my cycle is here so

that usually makes me extra hungry ... plus I get anemic. Not to make

excuses, but at least I know what's happening.

I can't wait until my pants are lose. I remember when I did this 5

years ago ... When I started I wore a very tight size 11 pants. By the

end of the challenge, those pants were very lose around the waist and

all of my clothes were baggy. It was a great feeling. I'll focus on

that to keep me going!

I hope you all are having a good experience with the challenge and with

life in general.
