Guest guest
Calorie counting....do you all do it? Can I not do it and still have significant fat loss? Counting drives me crazy, I obsess over numbers all day and think about it at night, not to mention I don't have the time to fiddle with books and calculators everytime I eat. I was playing with the BFFM calculator posted here in the files and I lost track of time and missed my workout! I was bummed out, but had to leave the house.... Will simple portion control be just as beneficial? I'm currently eating every 2 hours, and am using a salad plate, half is protein, half is carb (mainly fruit/veg/dairy-either by itself or combo), the only addition to any meal is a sugar free jello cup if I am feeling like a 'treat', and all dressing/mayo/mustard is very small amounts. I have gained 3 pounds since starting 2 weeks ago, I have been doing 20 min on the treadmill 3 days and then the Upper and Lower workouts, I workout at home, I don't have equipment other than a set of dumbells and a 'Firm' step that I use as a bench. I can't be gaining muscle weight this early can I? TIA Kris
