Guest guest
That is terrible !! I hate when I do stuff like that especially with expensive items! You had a good save though and I'm sure your boudoir will smell lovely for a good long time. I personally can hardly wait for it to arrive! BTW I have some of the old film trays too, I love them! Just wondering if you could have added some alcohol to the spilled boronia so that you could have saved the stuff on the tray as some form of dilution? I miss being a guild member . . . how does this years boronia compare to last year's? Maggie
Guest guest
Maggie, here's what I wrote to someone who asked: The boronia is fabulous - fresh from the December process, it has a tiny bit of the " newness note " but that will waft off soon. It's richer and deeper than the 2009 stuff, absolutely saturated with ionones and a touch of hay/tobacco! Still, the sweet freesia comes up and tickles your nose. I have overstock on it, and I announced on Facebook I'm selling off the extras. I'll email you separately since it isn's AD day here. Guest guest
Read about my boronia boudoir: http://anyasgarden. blogspot. com/2010/ 01/boronia- boudoir.html -- All my best, Anya Oy! Anya! What an expensive disaster! At least your room and yourself smell(ed) like boronia! I would have poured some alcohol in the tray, dissolved the spill and made a dilution, and poured the solution into a bottle. But thats just me!
