I just did my measurements and weight and caliper readings and all

that because I am going to start slowly raising my calories and I want

to be able to see how my body responds. Well according to all this I

have now lost 34lbs and gained 10.5lbs of muscle.....

This is how I am doing it, I am taking my starting fat mass and

deducting my fat mass now from that, then taking my starting lean mass

and deducting that from my lean mass now and then taking the

difference and adding that to my fat loss.. Is that right?

Confused.....
