Guest guest
Wow! You are an intelligent and thoughtful person. But my 2 cents is that I don't think you need to research every single question you ask to the group. That is what this is, a SUPPORT GROUP. We are here to answer questions based on our experiences and triumphs (and not so triumphs). ;o) I have a VERY sensitive stomach and can't supplement at all. In fact, full-dose Myoplex makes my hurl (strange but true). So I just keep doing things the slow way and can offer you ZERO input on this matter. > > > > product called Slim Seduction. <<snip>> Supplements drive me > crazy > > > > anyway, there so many of them and they all claim to be " the > > > > one " ...grrrrr > > > > > > Tsk tsk, tsk you just dont 'get it' do you(?) that there is > > NOTHING > > > on the market today that melts the fat off your body > (or 'works')! > > > There is nothing new or different in the product you mentioned. > > > Absolutely NOTHING. Guest guest
I was wondering if any one else is having trouble with supplements. I find that I can not take any pills and sometimes I can not eat bars or drink the shakes. They make me a bit nauseas to say the least. (Sorry) It is not the taste, my stomach just can not digest these items well, I guess. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!! Guest guest
I don't think supplements are all that necessary. Eat fish 3 times a week for your essential fatty acids. Take a multivitamin every day, possibly one with extra calcium. My wife and I have found that shakes and protein bars are convenient, but not necessary. Your body simply needs nutrition. If you can get all the nutrition you need from food, then there is not need to " supplement " the diet with anything else. > > I was wondering if any one else is having trouble with supplements. Guest guest
Hi Sheila, I tried Thermo-Dynamx the first time I did BFL and it gave me such severe heartburn and I feel like it didn't do anything for me that wasn't happening already. I tried it b/c I was trying to follow BFL recommended supplements. I wouldn't use it again, I will say that using it, sort of gave me a mental boost, sort of tricking myself into thinking it was doing more work than I was but I stopped it after only 2 weeks and still got to my goal weight without it if that helps any. Too bad though..I really wanted something to make the fat go faster lol! ) Liza Sheila wrote: Hello I'm starting on Monday and for the first week the only supplements I'll be using is the Whey Protein to make shakes and add to breakfast oatmeal. I noticed there are a lot of new supplements and I'm wondering what you have used and how it has worked for you? Losing weight is hard for me. I lose inches/gain muscle and the weight just creeps off making me frustrated. (right now 204 and its taken me six months of gym time to lose 23 lbs.) I'm hoping the muscle building of the last six months will help speed things along when I ramp up. Has Thermo DynamX, or any other product helped speed up the weight loss for anyone? Thanks, -- Sheila I have a cruise in 11 weeks so my first challenge this year will be 11 in stead of 12 weeks, but I'm highly motivated to drop some serious weight in that time. --------------------------------- Never miss a thing.
