Guest guest
Recently I made my first eau de cologne. I weighed out the aromatics then added exactly the right amount of 140-proof to make it a 5% dilution. Now there's a glob of something which didn't dissolve in the 140 at the bottom of the bottle; that _might_ dissolve with heat. Really, this brings up for me the following question: if you are a person who likes to be exacting, as I am, the prospect of adding aromatics to 190, and _then_ making it into a 140-proof EdC is a tad daunting.
