Water helps you feel full, thus you eat less. It also helps flush

toxins from your body and aids digestion. I allow myself a diet soda

per day IF I have met my water requirement first - usually a

caffiene-free one in the evening as a treat. Everything you read about

weight loss will tell you that water is a VERY important part of any

healthy diet plan. Even if you're not trying to lose weight, your body

needs adaquate water every day to function properly.

I keep a water " jug " (big travel mug that holds 3 cups) with me pretty

much all day long. I aim to refill it 3 times during the day, sometimes

I get in more especially at the gym. You don't have to chug water all

day long. If you keep a big glass or mug with you and sip it all day

instead of drinking other things, you'll get the required amount in easily.

Life is not measured by the breaths we take, but by the moments that take our
