Guest guest
Water helps you feel full, thus you eat less. It also helps flush toxins from your body and aids digestion. I allow myself a diet soda per day IF I have met my water requirement first - usually a caffiene-free one in the evening as a treat. Everything you read about weight loss will tell you that water is a VERY important part of any healthy diet plan. Even if you're not trying to lose weight, your body needs adaquate water every day to function properly. I keep a water " jug " (big travel mug that holds 3 cups) with me pretty much all day long. I aim to refill it 3 times during the day, sometimes I get in more especially at the gym. You don't have to chug water all day long. If you keep a big glass or mug with you and sip it all day instead of drinking other things, you'll get the required amount in easily.
