Guest guest
Great news, Alison! best poo ever! Today we had not one but two of the best poos ever. Firm, substantial, good colour, no smell, sizable logs. This has been a long journey but so worth it today! I know how much all the old timers out there will appreciate this. I hope the new parents take heart from this too. I attribute it to the gut healing work we have been doing with Dr Usman since the February conference 1.Kirkman Gastromune 2.Milk Thistle 3.Increased digestive enzymes 4.Increasing dosage of Magnesium Citrate when it is hot and the bowels might seize up. 5.Keeping up the anti yeast programme, alternating natural anti fungals with Sporanox where possible Keeping up the anti parasite programme with Advanced Biocidin and using Wormwood capsules 6.Having OxyPowder as backup and using it every 4-6 weeks in a maintenance role 7.Introducing Modified Citrus Pectin after dinner – this firms up the stool and seems to aid “production” and “shape” 8.Introducing Aloe Vera juice once and even twice a day if he seems uncomfortable – it seems to be very soothing 9.Introducing Charcoal capsules which seem to have torpedoed the old ammonia-y behaviour (nb charcoal can be constipating so remember to counter balance with Mag Citrate or Oxypowder if the weather is hot and dry or if your little guy is behaving antsy) 10.Introducting N-Acetyl-Glucosamine (Biocare) 11.introducing more fruit juice eg Pomegranate Juice and Goji Juice – in order to encourage more liquid intake. I was previously terribly worried about sugar and phenols but by using enzymes and a good yeast treatment programme the benefits seem to outway the negatives just as Dr Usman advised me they would. 12.Getting as much liquid into him as reasonably possible. 13.As much exercise as possible when he seems antsy and or constipated In addition to the vastly improved poos – and long long may they last, we have seen the following behaviour improvements: 1.the old laid back Orlando is back – after a fairly rough period it’s official “Casual Lando” is back 2.no more of that scarey trying to bite me behaviour 3.improved cognitive abilities – sort of “joined up thinking” And……… More original and spontaneous talking – still quite difficult to understand except by his nearest and dearest – but hey, we’re on the way. Thank you all for your support, and will keep you posted. The real point of this message, is don’t give up - keep your children as hydrated as possible, have a fresh go at gut healing ……………..it’s a miracle. We have backed off heavy detoxification – The next step is to treat heavily with Sporanox and Valtrex and then, consider chelating again. But just for now, we are healing that poor little gut, and guess what our little boy has never been happier. Hope this gives someone else a lift, and everyone else some more hope, Alison

Guest guest
Alison, This is such great news! Thank you for sharing so many details about your success :-) I have a few questions if you don't mind. > 2.Milk Thistle Can you tell me how you think the milk thistle might be helping the bowels? Or is there something else at work? > 7.Introducing Modified Citrus Pectin after dinner - this firms up the > stool and seems to aid " production " and " shape " Do you believe there is something sepcial about the MCP or is it just because it is a fibre? Firstly, i can't remember, is Orlando a constipation or diarrhea kid, or both! its not clear from your post. I have a constipation kid (king of ...!!!) and am always on the look-out for new ideas in this direction to keep one step ahead of him and his reluctant bowels! >> Today we had not one but two of the best poos ever.
