Is it OK to put your mega minerals into home made ice lollies in order

to get some into a very picky child who refueses all supplements? Have

tried and failed with powdered supplements but thought liquid ones

would be easier to disguise.

Thanks

Hi ,

Yes, it's ok to freeze them. I would try not to keep them frozen

longer than, say, 3-4 days if you can manage it, but it should not

hurt the supplements or affect their potency to do this.
