Guest guest
I agree! You go, Zena! I did my cardio tonight and strangely, it felt like a relief to " just do cardio " . LOL This morning my legs weren't sore at all from the first LBWO yesterday, but now? OUCH! Oh well, no pain, no gain - right? UBWO tomorrow, after I visit the chiropractor for an adjustment (helps my migraines and my neck has been really tight for awhile now) I've eaten clean all day again. I probably needed a little more protein, but I'm working it out. I didn't have enough veggies either. I had a migraine most of the day and just didn't feel like preparing much at all. But I did get my 6 meals in, small ones, but still ate them. I tried something new tonight, that Bill talked about in the book - mixing cottage cheese with low-fat flavored yogurt and Splenda. OMG, it was so good! I don't like cottage cheese that much, or yogurt, but together it was great - who knew??? Any other good combos for cottage cheese? I think that'll help me get enough protein all day if I can mix it up with other stuff. I already know about adding it to smoothies. Any other good BfL " recipes " for cottage cheese?
