Guest guest
Forgot to mention that I was talking with a friend and I said I needed something to brighten a composition. She said, " So what kind of top note do you think? " I told her that the brightening component could well be a base note. I think of sandalwood as silver and any brew with sandalwood is lighter because of it (mine are anyway).

I've never associated any essence with silver....and nothing with platinum, either..... It's funny....I'm a fan of silver....before the stroke, I useda make stuff outta silver, fine, sterling and Argentium.... Argentium is Tolkien's Mithra.... But I've never connected an EO/absolute with silver.... Just an observation.... -- W. Bourbonais L'Hermite Aromatique A.J.P.
