Guest guest Posted January 12, 2007 Report Share Posted January 12, 2007 My sister in law is trying to lose weight as well. She told me that her last visit to her chiropractor was a bit strange. She told her that that wasn't fat on her arms, it was fluid retained from eating dairy and she should stop eating dairy, and that we all eat way to much and that we don't even need to eat three meals a day. For ME that sounds way unrealistic. I like my string cheese, cottage cheese, yogurt, lowfat milk, stuff like that. And eating less then three times a day?
