4 years after back surgery and just fine!

Dear ers,

Many of you might remember 4 years ago, today, I had back surgery, for

a herniated disc and spinal stenosis. Just thought I'd update you with

how well it has been since. No back problems, bending and stretching

all over, on the go, on my feet, no pain, working, and also exercising

in the pool.

It seems like I have always had a 'perfect' back, lol. I just noticed

the date today and it dawned on me this is when my surgery was 4 years

ago.

Thanks so much to all my friends who were there for me during recovery

and the follow-ups.
