,

Do you have your exercise schedule on your website? I am interested in

finding out about the total body exercise you mentioned in a post. Also, how

often

and for how long do you do cardio?

Thanks!

(week 6 and starting to fade)

I don't have a schedule posted. I do have a few workouts though:

http://www.skwigg.com/id22.html

Cardio was 20-30 minutes of HIIT 2-3 times a week and generally mixed into

my strength training (also 2-3 days per week, non-consecutive). I was also

really active in general - walking dogs, martial arts training, being

fidgety.

I'm semi-sidelined right now due to the knee surgery. However, I do hundreds

of squats, lunges, and step-ups a day as part of my rehabilitation, and I

hit upper body with push-ups, pull-ups, and dips a few times a week.

Why do you feel like you're fading? Is it something we can help you with?

Don't have a 6-week freakout. That's just when it starts getting good! Go to

the club Files section and read the BFL Lady Success document about the

biggest results coming at 6-8 weeks and beyond:

I am what they call skinny fat. I'm 5'2 " and about 115#. Most people would

think I am crazy for trying to change my look -- however, prior to starting

this even though I have trained for a half-marathon and am generally a fidgety

person, I have no muscle tone and a spare tire around the middle. I have been

very dissatisfied with my appearance and so I started BFL. Things are

definitely changing, however my stomach really isn't and my clothes are not

fitting

any better and so I am not getting the reinforcement through my clothes. It is

frustrating when I feel like I am working my a$@ off and still hate the way I

look in a t-shirt. Consequently, when I should be stepping it up, I am

instead eating more than I should, exercising a little less, etc.

That being said, I am trying to look at today as a new day. I went to the

gym this morning. I am skipping my free day. I took my vitamins and am

drinking lots of water. Hopefully, I am back on track. Thanks for the support.

I

also found a BFL meetup group in my area that I am going to try to go to in 2

weeks.
