Guest guest Posted April 6, 2007 Report Share Posted April 6, 2007 Just wondering if everyone would be willing to post their own daily food, exercise and supplement schedule for a sample day or week to help some of us newbies..... being sick sure has given me time to plan. Also, I checked out the Eating for Life book from the library and it has some awesome recipes. I have been eating the chicken enchilada soup since I feel so awful.
