Guest guest Posted March 2, 2007 Report Share Posted March 2, 2007 here are my week 7 results....drumroll please at week 3.5... upper thigh - 29in calves - 16 hips - 48 chest - 35.5 waist - 37.5 upper arm - 14.5 above knee - 20.5 across saddlebag area - 50 here is week 7.... upper thigh - 28.5 calves - 16.5 hips - 44 chest - 34 waist - sucked in - 34, not sucked in - 36 upper arm 14.5 across saddlebag area - 49.75in weight at 3.5 weeks -93k weight at 7 weeks 92k I have lost an additional 7.75 inches for a total of 15.25 my goal is to lose 40 lbs this challenge, so far I have lost 8.... please tell me this will pick up and go faster, I am working really hard :s Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
