Guest guest Posted March 16, 2007 Report Share Posted March 16, 2007 I hit my 10 every workout - if at 9 I feel like I can push it higher than the day before - then that is what I do. Once I have hit a new new 10 I always push it further the next time - whether it is increasing the incline/speed/resistance - whatever - I JUST DO IT!
