Hi Joana,

Oh bummer. Did you have anyone at your gym check your arm? Here we

have " spotters " and " trainers " roaming about, if someone works too hard

or pulls a muscle/tendon, they tend to it right away.

Anyway, back to you. I hope you've got some Arnica - both gel and

tablets. Plus use ice on it - will stop the pain. But do get it checked

immediately if you can. I don't understand your healthcare system at

all, but hope you can go to emergency if you need to.

Best to rest now, completely, until your arm is all better. Then start

with the gym again - but start slow.
