It's not.a huge difference but I'd go with the hearty grains version

with 100% whole wheat. The first ingredient of the 100 calorie one is

white flour. Having a few less calories doesn't necessarily make it

healthy or great for fat loss. You can get 100 cal servings of

Doritos and Cheetos and cookies too. :-)
