I want to try this with Louis and just have a few questions. When you make it do you save some from one batch to make your next batch up with, as a starter? If so how much would you need? or do you use 2 CP1's and 1 culterelle in each batch? I have a Lakeland yogurt maker which says to use 1 pint of milk in it. Is this the quantity you use? Again the instructions I have with my yogurt maker say, to bring pasteurised goats milk to the boil and then cool it. Is this what you do? Lastly, how long do you leave it in the yogurt maker?
