How'd the Holidays Go?

Hey everyone, and Happy New Year!!! I was away for Christmas and my

son turned one year old on the 27th, so we were busy busy busy. I

still managed to work out 5 of the 7 days we were away and even ran two

of those days! (I'm NOT a runner, so this was a big deal.) I went a

bit nutty and lugged all my weights and food with me for the trip, but

I was glad I did when I got 2 killer total body weight workouts in and

was never without healthy food. My goal was to maintain for the week

from Christmas to New Year's, and mission accomplished! I'm now on a

serious cut that involves a 3-day weight split (Legs & Abs one day,

Shoulders, Chest & Triceps another day and then Biceps, Back & Abs the

third day) and 4 days of cardio. Anyone out there an at-home

exerciser? I use Cathe Friedrich's dvd's and tapes and am loving every

workout. Right now I'm on the Pure Strength series and just got Kick

Max, Drill Max and Butts & Guts for Christmas. She's hardcore!

support and motivation here priceless. Just wanted to do a little new
