I'm hereHi, my name is . I join this group about a month ago.

I started my challenge in October but unfortunately had a

tragedy/traumatic event stopped be in my tracks back in November.

I've been doing my workouts, though not on a consistant basis (maybe 3

x's a week vs 6) and I'm struggling with the 6 meals a day. So-- In
