Another thing you can add to a chocolate Myoplex is a drop or two of

peppermint extract and you have a chocolate mint " milkshake " .yum!

Yeah, I was going to say the same thing. If you don't like the shakes,

definitely don't drink them twice a day. You're better off having whole food

whenever possible anyway. I do have some Myoplex Tips if you want to use up

what you have:

Or here are some more creative shake recipes:

My myoplex is thin like water. I use a shaker

Ugh, that thick texture is why I don't really like Myoplex either. I

seem

to remember it would turn out thinner if I shook it in a shaker bottle

versus putting it in a blender or using a handheld " " milkshake " type

blender. I think they whip too much air in.

Salaam Attar's course in Italy, perhaps I can help. I took the course at the end

of May and it was a wonderful experience. Salaam is an inspiring, gifted teacher

and the location was perfect. I highly recommend it. If you have any questions,

feel free to ask.

or in Italian and through an interpreter? I had thought of England because I

Hi

The course was in English and the six students in my class were from all over

the world. The location is in a charming restored farmhouse in the rolling hills

above Rimini.

Here is the link to the website. I believe there is a course at the end of

September. You'll find the info in the products section.

http://www.profumo.it/perfume/home_english.htm

While you're there dig around the site. Some fascinating articles there.

Hope that helps!

Hi Jean

I am also a fairly new member and hope to attend a perfume course in the near

future. I live a 40 min train ride away from London. I have seen that Alec

Lawless runs perfume courses which I hope to attend in the near future. Here is

link:

Alec is based in Stroud, Gloucestershire, UK and, as you may already know, is a

member of this group.

Hope this helps.

Kind regards

Lynne

Hello,

My name is Ann Sainopulos. I am an esthetician and the owner

Hi ,

What part of the country do you live in? Have you tried your hand at making

perfume yet?

Welcome ! I really liked reading your introduction. I smiled reading

about your childhood and lurking about Ben lin's smelling incense. I was

the same way! Remember good old Ben lin's? sigh . . .

This is a great group and very educational. Glad to have you.
