Guest guest Posted April 24, 2007 Report Share Posted April 24, 2007 Hi Anyone who is with Muscroft who recently got the round robin e mail about coconut flour for bread, cakes etc on the SCD, I have found a UK supplier of coconut flour http://www.tiana.eu/coconut_flour.htm and am ordering the book referred to in the e mail that gives recipes for coconut flour. Am excited by the prospect of decent, SCD and GF/CF-legal bread that you can actually make sandwiches with!! Will report back to base on success or otherwise in the kitchen..........
