Guest guest
Thank you, ladies! It does feel great! I did walk to the store which entailed going down and up a monster of a hill. I worked up a sweat! So are any of you ladies going to enter the challenge officially? I want to but, let me tell you, my before pics are soooo scary. I really can't imagine giving ANYONE the right to use them as they see fit...lol Kim

Guest guest
I am. My before pictures are really gross too, but look at the before pictures of the champs--seems like they try extra hard to look disgusting, some of them. At least I don't have to try. And the transformation will be all the more striking. Do it! I dare you! : ) Best Regards, beth Re: It happened!!! It happened!!! Thank you, ladies! It does feel great! Guest guest
Not too sore, believe it or not. Took some ibuprofen, spent about 20 minutes in a hot tub and 10 minutes in a dry sauna. Doesn't that sound decadent?! I felt so spoil when my hubby took me to a spa last night. He is really excited that I am getting active again. Anyway, I think that helped. I also went to bed early to get extra sleep - and boy did I need it! I did my cardio workout today and made sure to do some deep stretching. I had a two groin pulls this spring which I really don't want to come back to haunt me. I was out for months! I hope you do take a class and that you like it. I just love it! I am also going to re-incorporate Bikram Yoga into my life. I can't wait. Have you done that before? Another activity I love! :-) > > > In a message dated 10/11/2006 6:03:42 P.M.
