Is anyone aware of magnesium citrate in a liquid drop form preferably not strongly flavoured? I know some people have mentioned mag citrate as problematic but his levels are low.

Dear Cliare

I use Thorne Magnesium Citrate and its a powder inside capsules. Its not strongly flavoured. I can post you some to try. Its £13 from the Nutricentre, but I get from a friend in the USA and its about half that.

Send me your address and you can try before you buy.

Luv Caroline
