I LOVE working out to Aguilera: Stripped.

So I just got her new CD and like it, maybe really like it.

I also got PINK, Stupid Girls.. and it has potential

I LOVE working out to

son Breakaway

Madonna anything, but Confessions on Dancefloor: You Push Me sounds

like a personal workout coach song!

Queen Latifah Norah Owens album is good

Etana, the young ol' lady!

You were cruisin¹ until you called it an album! I had a funny discussion at

work with the much younger staff about Rockstar Supernova. They couldn¹t

believe I watched that, then they asked if I watched Grey¹s Anatomy, which I

do. I think I got some street cred yesterday!

I have a lot of mellow alternative for " anytime " but for working out

I prefer songs by bands like Metallica, Sevendust, Red Hot Chili

Peppers (LOVE Can't Stop), Queen, Ozzy, AC/DC, Skillet, Three Days

Grace, Alice in Chains...

For rhythm my standup coach in MMA is trying to convert us to techno

dance type music, which is fine. But I don't know what I'm looking

for in the Ipod store, and I haven't found much that excites me. I

wish there was just a good techno mix to buy.

Phil Vassar - " Bye Bye Love " and " I'm Alright "

Panic at the Disco - " I Write Sins... "

White Stripes - " My Door Bell "

Raconteurs - " Steady as She Goes "

Brad Paisley - " Mud on the Tires "

Shakira - " Hips Don't Lie "

Shakira - " La Tortura "

Sara - " A Real Fine Place to Start "

Atari's - " Boys of Summer "

Meatloaf - " You Took the Words Right Out of My Mouth "

Hawthorne Heights - " Saying Sorry "

Elvis Costello - " " (to start to cool down to)

Kutless - " Better is One Day " (cool down)

i'm a freak about stuff like this...like i spent way too much figuring out high

points and stuff... kind of dumb because i am so not what this music would

suggest - a 35 year old mom :) my husband calls it my " don't f. with me music "

steady as she goes - raconteurs (good for just warming up)

fighter - christian aguilera

mongoose - fu manchu

get some go again - rollins band

in the end - linkin park

calm like a bomb - more rage (yes, i'm stuck in the 90's)

born of a broken man - rage against the machine

super bon bon - soul coughing

testify - rage (yes, more)

dissolved girl - massive attack

I actually like techno dance music, because it keeps me excited.

I'll be hanging out on the ipod store today myself. Need a few new

tunes. B.B.

I like all types of music, it just depends on the song. So I may

start with a classical piano warm-up, pick up the pace with a little

hip hop or rap(clean versions...lol), and cool off with something

new age or inspirational. I'm all over the place. :) The Pussy Cat

Dolls have a lot of popular songs that are remixed, which last

longer than 10 minutes. So I'll sometimes turn them on for an entire

cardio workout(Buttons and Dontcha are two of my favorites.

You can listen to a 30 second preview of all songs before buying if

you want to check out the tempo and lyrics before downloading. I

often choose the instrumental only version of songs that have lyrics

a little bit too raw for me, which is often the case with my cardio

song choices. LOL Tikie http://www.apple.com/itunes/music/

I listen to Trace Adkins... One Hot Mama, never fails to motivate me and

Trick Pony. Real upbeat and good stuff.
