Guest guest
Persistent pesticides - one example of exposure being from the compulsory dipping of sheep gave some agricultural workers severe poisoning and ruined their health. (Sheep dip no longer compulsory). Pet fleas sprays also sometimes contained organophosphates - I don't know whether they still do. Guest guest
Sharon, I remember finding a study about 3 years ago on Pubmed about the usefulness of asparagus for eliminating organophosphate. I emailed it to Shattock at the time. I have gone back to Pubmed just now and can't find it. Regarding asparagus, I brought a huge amount of the white variety back from Germany and cooked it up for the whole family. My mother's very bloated belly went right down over night! She was so pleased because she suffers a lot from this.
