Seee! I always felt like Pamela Peeke was limiting and discouraging instead

of being motivating. She's all rah-rah on the surface, but her whole

underlying message is something like, " You can get in ok shape dear, just

understand that your age, gender and hormones are going to really make it

hard for you. In fact, forget even trying to follow the original plan.

Here's a nice useless girly version for you. "

It's like she's taking you down a notch before you even get started, and

then she gives you a really sketchy and ineffective plan to follow.

Meanwhile, Bill teaches you step-by-step how to get organized and

disciplined, to keep your self-promises, to work hard, to get results,

to conquer not just your weight, but life, the world. It's a big difference!

And speaking of useless girly workouts, did anybody catch the Body Fusion

skit on Saturday Night Live? Funny stuff!
