I did the BFL upper body workout for the first time on Sunday and I am still SO sore (it's Wednesday)! I'm on schedule to do upper body again tomorrow evening and I'm thinking I'll be recovered by then - I know you're not supposed to work muscles that are still sore because they're still recovering. Although my chest, triceps, shoulders, ect. really feel sore, my biceps don't. Anyone else experience this? When I was doing the bicep curls and then hammer curls I felt like I was really working the muscles and doing it correctly but I'm wondering why the biceps aren't sore too?
