Guest guest
I'm just guessing, but maybe they were already stronger to begin with than the other areas? sore arms, except biceps Hi I was wondering if anyone else has had this experience. I did the BFL upper body workout for the first time on Sunday and I am still SO sore (it's Wednesday)! I'm on schedule to do upper body again tomorrow evening and I'm thinking I'll be recovered by then - I know you're not supposed to work muscles that are still sore because they're still recovering. Although my chest, triceps, shoulders, ect. really feel sore, my biceps don't. Anyone else experience this? When I was doing the bicep curls and then hammer curls I felt like I was really working the muscles and doing it correctly but I'm wondering why the biceps aren't sore too? Guest guest
When I first started it would take 3 or 4 days for my glutes & quads to recover, but it definitely gets easier, even when you increase the load on your muscles. You also want to make sure you are getting the right kind of recovery meal after your weight training workout. jerevede04 wrote: Hi I was wondering if anyone else has had this experience.
