Welcome, Kermane, and congratulations on holding your weight down to

156 during all the stresses of the past 2 years.

It won't take you long to see BFL results. Do you have the book and

the DVDs?

Hi all,

I'm really excited about starting the program again. I did it 2 yrs

ago for surgery and then life got in the way. Ready to make some life

changes and start living my life for me.

Welcome.

Congratulations on recovering from the surgery. That's a big job.

This is a great support board. Check out the files, links, and data base.

Focus on the goal and keep going.

Be strong.

Hi Toni. It is sad that he has to be ill at such a young age. I have muscle pain and weakness and know how debilitating it can be.To: BeingSick Sent: Friday, 21 October 2011, 15:24Subject: new here

Hello Everyone,

Thank you for having me here. My primary reason seeking out a group is that my just turned 26 year old son (living with me) has been diagnosed with Sjogrens. I myself have been living with CFS and only the good Lord knows what else:)

But I am very concerned about my son. Looking forward to getting to know you all.

Wishing you a beautiful day ahead.

Blessings,

Toni in NJ~
