Help with Free day

Hi all, just joined this group and hope you can give me some insight.

I have been doing the B4Life program for just under a month and want

to know about the free day. Can you really just eat everything you

want and it not have any consequences? I started out with my first two

free days being pretty good, just cheating a little but the last two I

have pigged out and am feeling really guilty. I had two chocolate

muffins and I kid you not about 4 chocolate bars plus went out for

pizza dinner and had a few glasses of wine...oh dear. I find my free

days are getting worse and a lot of people say they are supposed to

get better. Can anyone please give my some advice regarding this Free

day thing.
