Guest guest
Do you have access to weight machines? One of the things you could do is the flye machine, which typically has a pad that you press using your forearms. Depending on the style of the machine, you often can turn around and use that same flye machine to exercise your back muscles. I thought I would be ok but now two weeks in I am so twitching and whining and getting cranky. I am in a weight loss challenge and I feel every day is killing me I am doing a lot of lower body and abs but I really was gaining upper body muscle there for awhile and can feel it eeking away every day. If I was in great shape I am sure a month would not be so bad but I am not. I was hoping someone could give me some ideas on upper body training that would not require me to well, use my wrist. I could not think of anything but I am very basic. Thanks!! __________________________________________________
Guest guest
You could also use the super-pullover and lat. raise machines. No machines? How about stretchy loops or a Gaiam body-ring; you put your forearms inside and push outward. Don't forget the forearm-plank; front and side positions. That one will definitely keep your biceps from deteriorating if you hold the position for a minute or two. Naomi Cindi Duehmig wrote: > > Do you have access to weight machines?
