I weighed this morning and I've dropped 3 lbs AND lost 1.5 " on my waist, a little over 1 " on each thigh, 1/4 " on calves, 1/4 " on hips, 1/2 " on my neck, 1/2 " off biceps (gettin' some GUNS here! LOL), 1/4 " off forearms, and 1/4 " off chest. I worked out 6 days, didn't take my " free day " (unless you count a small bowl of Baked Cheetos last night as a whole " free day " ), tried very hard to eat the 40/40/20 way at each meal and came pretty darn close. Could this thing really work this well?? I'm SOLD!! The best part? I have not felt deprived at all. I've got 1/2 a gallon of my favorite ice cream in the freezer (been there since before I started BfL) - and I wasn't even tempted even though I knew I could take a " free day " and have some.
