Wow! That sudden drop in pounds and inches is what's called a whoosh.

Sometimes people wait weeks for one. They feel like nothing much is

happening and then whammo! They shrink!

Congratulations on whooshing in week one. :-) It doesn't get more motivating

than that.

CONGRATS! THIS IS SO INSPIRING TO ME!! I'm only on day 5 of my first

challenge!
