I tried the workouts these days twice, on Saturday I did the " Get started " which was very nice, and I came trough very well. Yesterday I tried the " Fat burn accelerator " and it was really hard. I was sweating all over but finally came trough also. Today, I have to work until the early evening, then I think " Get started " would be enoughfor the first work-day this week. How does it work with a " workout buddy " do wie try to make the workouts together and write afterwards how it was? (We have a different timezone ;-) ).
