Guest guest Posted August 19, 2006 Report Share Posted August 19, 2006 Has anyone noticed that people who haven't completed ONE challenge, are quick to say BFL doesn't work, or they'll attempt to discourage you by expressing THEIR doubts? How do you deal with people like this? I no longer share my fitness goals and regime with everyone. I usually tell doubters I'm eliminating unhealthy foods, which is true, and leave it at that. I followed BFL a few weeks in the past, lost 15 lbs, noticed an increase in strength, and my moods began to improve. I can't imagine how great I'll feel after completing a full 12 weeks.
