Any time there's a conflict of information, I would go with the Bill

book. Actually, I would just go with the Bill book

completely if you want results. :-) His original program is what

achieved all the dramatic transformations you see on the inside cover

of the BFL for Women book. I always kind of thought it was false

advertising for her to include those photos, considering that the

sketchy plan she outlined isn't what achieved them. She's ok on the

motivation and medical stuff, not so great with the program design.

For maximum fat loss, I would consider starchy vegetables like

pumpkin, squash, potatoes, yams, and corn to be carbs.
